Vrajesh Modashiya: A Journey
Countless Hours went by as I tried to figure out why my code was not working.I was getting stuck on every new line of code and it seemed as if I was not making any progress. I was helplessly stuck and my life was a cocktail of doubt, frustration, and an overwhelming feeling of being lost. I went on the internet to look for a solution.
After making multiple moves, I found a solution that I thought would work. This solution seemed like heaven to me. It was my solution for all the problems, not only this one. I was so happy when I found this solution. It was a course online for object-oriented programming. When I joined the class, there were a few prerequisites we needed. I fulfilled all the requirements and then the lessons began.
On the first day, I found out that I was the only non-computer science major. As a matter of fact, I was still in high school and it came as a shock to me that I could understand what was going on. The other people seemed so lost. I think that if the teacher had gone a bit slower then they would have learnt and kept up with the class.
I finished the class and passed, but somehow I was the only non computer science major in that class. I think there was a bug in the enrollment software.I then continued to finish my project.
I finished a couple of other projects and realized that I needed proffessional help. This set out my journey to find mentor and coach.
